Product & Prescription Safety Information

This page sets out general safety and usage information that applies to every Schedule E(1) product ordered through trymoonimpact.com. Your specific prescription — including your exact dose, frequency, and duration — is issued separately by the consulting RMP and shared with your order; where the two differ, always follow your specific prescription.

This is a Schedule E(1) medicine. It is to be taken only under the supervision of a Registered Medical Practitioner (“RMP”).

1. IMPORTANT NOTICE

  • Products requiring a prescription are supplied following an online/telemedicine consultation conducted through video, telephone, audio, chat, or other electronic communication, or on the basis of an existing valid prescription you upload.
  • If a telemedicine consultation took place, you were not physically examined by the Registered Medical Practitioner (“RMP”) unless specifically documented otherwise.
  • Medical advice and any prescription are based on the history, information, reports, images, and other clinical details you provide, or that are available to the RMP at the time of consultation.
  • You are responsible for providing complete and accurate medical information and must immediately inform the RMP or Moon Impact if any relevant information was omitted or has since changed.

2. PRESCRIPTION SAFETY

  • Take or use the product only in the prescribed dose, route, frequency, and duration.
  • Do not exceed the prescribed dose.
  • Do not self-medicate, share your prescription, or give the product to another person.
  • Do not independently increase, decrease, discontinue, or restart use.
  • Inform the prescribing RMP of allergies, current medicines, pregnancy/breastfeeding status, previous adverse reactions, and other relevant medical conditions.
  • Do not combine the product with alcohol, recreational drugs, or other substances unless specifically advised.
  • Avoid driving or operating machinery if use may cause dizziness, drowsiness, impaired coordination, or altered alertness.

3. GENERAL USE INSTRUCTIONS

  • Oil: Use only by the route and quantity prescribed. If sublingual administration is prescribed, administer under the tongue and follow the prescribed instructions.
  • Gummies: Consume only the prescribed quantity. Do not exceed the prescribed dose.
  • Capsules / Vati: Swallow whole with water unless otherwise instructed. Do not crush, open, or chew unless specifically advised.
  • Timing: Follow the exact timing in your prescription. If instructed to take after food, follow the prescribed interval.
  • Night dose: If prescribed at night, follow the timing specified by your RMP.
  • Hydration: Maintain adequate fluid intake unless fluid restriction has been advised for another medical condition.

4. IMPORTANT RESTRICTIONS

  • Alcohol: Avoid alcohol where contraindicated, or where it may increase dizziness, drowsiness, or other adverse effects.
  • Driving / Machinery: Do not drive or operate heavy machinery if you feel dizzy, drowsy, or impaired. Follow your RMP’s specific restriction where provided.
  • Other Medicines / Substances: Do not add other medicines, supplements, or recreational substances without appropriate medical advice.

5. ADVERSE EFFECTS / EMERGENCY

  • Possible adverse effects will be discussed with you as applicable to your prescribed product, and are described in your product's label/insert.
  • If severe or unexpected symptoms occur, seek medical attention promptly.

Breathing difficulty, facial/throat swelling, severe allergic reaction, loss of consciousness, severe confusion, seizures, severe chest pain, or other emergency symptoms require immediate emergency medical care. Do not rely on online consultation or Moon Impact customer support during a medical emergency.

6. FOLLOW-UP

  • Complete any follow-up on the date/interval specified by the prescribing RMP.
  • Do not continue, renew, or modify use beyond the prescribed duration without medical reassessment — place a new order and complete a fresh RMP review if you wish to continue.

7. PRODUCT / SUPPLIER INFORMATION

  • The product you receive from Moon Impact should correspond to your prescription in name, formulation, strength, and quantity.
  • Report any suspected tampering, incorrect labelling, product mismatch, quality issue, or unexpected product characteristic promptly to Moon Impact support (verdascend@gmail.com) and to your prescribing RMP.

8. STORAGE

  • Store strictly according to the product label.
  • Keep products securely stored and out of reach of children and unauthorised persons.

9. IMPORTANT LEGAL & CLINICAL NOTICE

  • Your prescription reflects the RMP’s clinical assessment and professional judgment based on the information available at the time of consultation.
  • Telemedicine has inherent clinical limitations. The RMP may recommend an in-person consultation, investigation, specialist review, or emergency evaluation whenever clinically indicated.
  • This notice does not exclude or waive any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived under applicable law.
  • Your prescription is patient-specific and must not be transferred, altered, copied, or reused for another person or an unrelated medical condition.

Legal Notice

Emergency: In the event of a medical emergency, contact the nearest emergency medical facility or local emergency service immediately. This document, together with your order and consultation records, forms part of your order and medical record and is intended to constitute an electronic record admissible in evidence under Section 65B of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872 (as applicable) and Section 10A of the Information Technology Act, 2000. This document is governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Sirsa, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with it.
