2. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver only within India.

We do not process international shipping or overseas deliveries.

Orders with non-Indian delivery addresses may be automatically cancelled.


3. Prescription Verification Requirement

Certain Ayurvedic medicinal products sold on Sanan OrganiX are doctor prescription based products.

For such products:

  • shipping will proceed only after successful prescription verification 
  • order dispatch may be delayed until compliance review is completed 
  • invalid, incomplete, or unverifiable prescription submissions may result in cancellation 

Prescription verification is mandatory wherever legally applicable.


4. Order Processing Timeline

Orders are generally processed within:

1–3 business working days

after:

  • successful payment confirmation 
  • successful COD verification (if applicable) 
  • prescription verification (where applicable) 
  • fraud/risk screening clearance 

Orders are not processed on:

  • Sundays 
  • public holidays 
  • operational shutdown days 

High-volume sales periods may increase processing times.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

If delivery fails because of:

  • unreachable customer 
  • incorrect phone number 
  • refusal to accept delivery 
  • repeated failed attempts 

then:

  • re-shipping charges may apply 
  • refund deductions may apply 
  • COD privileges may be revoked 


10. Delivery Delays

Sanan OrganiX shall not be liable for delays caused by external parties.


11. Damaged / Tampered Shipment

If your package appears:

  • damaged 
  • tampered 
  • leaking 
  • opened

  • refuse delivery where possible
