2. Prescription Medicine Compliance Policy
Many products sold by Sanan OrganiX are doctor prescription-based Ayurvedic medicinal products.
Due to health, hygiene, and regulatory reasons:
- opened medicinal products cannot be returned
- consumed medicinal products cannot be refunded
- self-medication outcomes are not refund grounds
- prescription compliance remains mandatory
Orders may be cancelled if:
- prescription verification fails
- required documents are not submitted
- compliance checks fail
3. Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only, subject to approval.

4. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled
Orders cannot be cancelled once:
- shipped
- dispatched
- handed to courier
- prescription verification completed and fulfillment initiated
- special/pre-order/custom compliance fulfillment has begun
5. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in limited cases such as:
Wrong Product Delivered
If the delivered product does not match the confirmed order.
Damaged Product
If the package is visibly damaged, leaking, tampered, or broken during transit.
Manufacturing Defect
If the product has a genuine manufacturing issue.
6. Reporting Window
Claims must be reported within:
24 HOURS OF DELIVERY
Claims raised after unreasonable delay may not be accepted.

- delivery details
- clear photos/videos
must be shared.
7. Non-Returnable Products
The following are non-returnable:
- opened medicines
- consumed products
- partially used products
- prescription medicines after dispatch
- products damaged due to misuse
- allergy-based claims due to undisclosed conditions
- products stored improperly by customer
- promotional/free products
This is necessary for health safety and regulatory compliance.
8. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved only for:
- approved pre-dispatch cancellations
- verified wrong product cases
- verified damaged delivery cases
- verified manufacturing defects
- failed delivery due to internal operational issues
Refund approval remains discretionary after review.
9. Non-Refund Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- customer change of mind
- taste preference
- expectation mismatch

- delayed courier delivery outside reasonable control
- failed delivery due to wrong address

- refusal to accept delivery
- failed COD acceptance

10. Prescription Verification Rejection
If a product requires prescription verification and:
- prescription is invalid
- prescription is incomplete
- compliance review fails
the order may be cancelled.
Refunds (where applicable) may exclude operational/payment charges.
11. Cash on Delivery (COD) Abuse Policy
COD abuse includes:
- fake orders
- refusal after dispatch
- unreachable customer
- repeated delivery rejection
For such cases:
- COD may be permanently disabled
- future prepaid-only orders may be enforced
- suspicious activity may be flagged
12. Chargeback Abuse Policy
Customers agree not to initiate wrongful payment disputes.
Chargeback abuse includes:
- false unauthorized transaction claims
- false non-delivery claims
- using product then disputing payment
- bypassing customer support
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:
- blacklisting

15. Failed Delivery / Customer Error
Refunds may be reduced or denied if delivery fails due to:
- incorrect address
- incomplete address

- unavailable recipient
- refusal to accept order
Reshipping charges may apply.
16. Third-Party Payment Delays
Refund timing may depend on:

- payment gateways

17. Fraud Prevention Rights
